The TG Soft Server is a powerful, Linux-based platform preloaded with advanced software engineered for complete tank monitoring and control. Designed with flexibility and performance in mind, it supports multi-function tank gauge capabilities and comprehensive loss control, including overfill protection, rupture detection, leak detection for both underground and aboveground storage tanks (UST & AST), vapor monitoring, and product quality measurement—such as temperature, density, and water stratification. It also supports multi-level sampling (top, middle, bottom, and more). TG Soft is compatible with gauges from MTG, MMP, and most other leading manufacturers, making integration with your existing systems seamless.
The server communicates through robust Communication Interface Modules (CIMs), capable of handling large volumes of incoming tank data. It automatically scans for alarm conditions, processes those alarms, and matches them against preconfigured tank database parameters to trigger appropriate alerts. This ensures immediate detection of anomalies and supports proactive loss control.
TG Soft provides a secure, browser-based interface that works across all modern devices—from desktop computers to tablets and smartphones—allowing operators, managers, and field personnel to access and manage tank data anywhere, anytime. Users can securely access TG Soft data via LAN, WAN, or PVN, with role-based permissions ensuring data integrity and access control. For maximum security, cloud communication is strictly outbound—there is no remote login access to the TG Soft Server, significantly reducing cyber risk exposure.
The TG Soft Server supports a wide range of standard industrial protocols for data exchange, including MQTT, SAP, SQL, and OPC, enabling smooth integration with enterprise platforms and third-party systems. It also includes a comprehensive application library that covers overfill and rupture alarms, leak detection, vapor monitoring, product quality tracking, sampling and transfer ticketing, in-tank blending, and more—offering powerful, built-in workflows that can be tailored to your operational needs.
Core features of TG Soft include a complete tank and configuration database, intelligent alarm processing, pre-set alarms, alarm and historical event logging, customizable browser displays and screen configurations (including tank parameters and units of measure), as well as notification capabilities via email, voice, and SMS. It also supports detailed report generation and distribution, along with robust inventory tracking (both quantity and quality). These features and optional modules make TG Soft a fully scalable solution for all your tank monitoring requirements.
